Last month, the community committee at CPS planned a fun night of movie viewing for China families. Approximately 20 families brought pillows, blankets, and sleeping bags and took advantage of our floor mats to watch the movie, Aladdin. Popcorn was donated by Flagship Cinema and bottles of water were donated by Tobey’s General Store

On March 19th, CPS Second graders had a visit from the Northern Stars Planetarium. They had a blast learning and hearing stories about the constellations! Mr. Meader did a great job! Thank you to the PTO for making this possible!

CPS is hosting a free showing of Disney’s Alladin, March 22nd at 6pm in the CPS gym. Popcorn and water will be provided. Wear your PJs and bring a blanket and pillow. All children need to come with responsible adult supervision.

Mad Science of Maine visited China Primary on January 25th to teach them about energy. Students watched the Mad Scientist do awesome experiments and even got to take part in them as they learned about different kinds of energy.
