About Us
Welcome to the China Primary School website! We are part of RSU 18, which encompasses the towns of Oakland, Belgrade, Sidney, China and Rome, Maine. China Primary is located near scenic China Lake in Central Maine and we serve the children, families, and residents in the town of China. Our school instructs students in grades pre-K through grade 4. Our enrollment is approximately 250 students with an average student/teacher ratio of 16:1. Our day begins at 8:00 am and dismissal is 2:30 pm. Our goal is to support the positive growth of our children educationally and socially.
