Owls of Maine
Curious kindergartners at China Primary School enjoyed a special visit from Chewonki’s Owls of Maine program. Students learned each owl’s unique characteristics and calls, examined talons, wings, and skulls, and ended the session by meeting a nocturnal owl brought into daylight.
