Surgeons for a Day
Mrs. Gledhill’s third-grade class took part in a themed learning day as “surgeons.” In the morning, students worked in teams to solve math challenges like measuring bones on x-rays and working with x-ray fractions. In the afternoon, they read about the duties of doctors before performing “text feature surgery” on reading passages. The immersive activities made learning both educational and fun! #WeAreRSU18 #CPSdragons
