CPS explores dinosaurs
Mrs. Studholme’s class has been learning about animals through time and studying dinosaurs fossils.
Students have been learning how fossils give us clues about the past. They learned how scientists analyze fossils remains to determine what an organism looked like on the outside, the habitat it lived in, and even the food it ate.
Last month, they FaceTimed with a real fossil hunter, Billy Doran from Wolcott, Colorado. During the interview, students saw some of his amazing fossil finds and learned countless cool facts about these amazing creatures of the past.
